The American war on #Iran and the pressure exerted on Australia to join them, should serve as a warning against our close military dependence on the USA through #AUKUS and other alliances. #ANZUS did not protect us. It drew us into Korea, Viet Nam, Iraq 1, Iraq 2 and Afghanistan.
Next will be an American demand that Australia defend #Taiwan?
